1. What is this project?
It's an attempt to develop a fully-independent, high-quality tabletop RPG based on the SCP Foundation.
2. What system are you using?
We are using the SPAN System, an open-source system developed for the Sci-Fi Horror RPG Cold Start.
3. What SCP stuff are you using?
A lot of it will be setting: the Foundation, the structure, Mobile Task Forces, and some of the major (non) canons. The goal is to allow players to set up a game in lots of different aspects of the organization, including on Foundation sites or out in the field.
3b. What license are you using?
The text of the end product will be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0 and follow the terms of the SCP Wiki license. More info is here.

I'm Sam. I'm CityToast on the SCP Wiki. I'm an award-winning Sci-fi & Fantasy author as well as the developer behind the tabletop RPG Cold Start.
